The Soğukpınar Regulator and Hydroelectric Power Plant, established in Espiye district of Giresun province, operates on an area of ​​62,500 m². The plant has an installed capacity of 9.32 MW.

Soğukpınar HEPP produces an average of 20 million kWh of electricity per year and meets the annual electricity needs of 4,672 residences.

With the investment, 12,480 tons of carbon emission reduction is achieved per year, and thanks to the environmentally friendly energy production, energy production equal to the environmental benefit of 594,285 trees will be realized per year.
