Bursa Acıbadem Hospital was purchased by Acıbadem Health group when its rough construction was partially finished in the district of Nilüfer, a developing area of Bursa, and the hospital then was restructured and opened to service as a health center carrying the standarts of Acıbadem. The ever-developing understanding of quality of Acıbadem and the ambitious attitude in its objectives were desired to emphasized with the striking feature of the form and material choice within the area of entrance hall starting from the main entrance of the hospital. The same attitude was also retained within the polyclinic waiting rooms and patient examination rooms. The corridors of patient floors, waiting and patient rooms were planned with the use of various forms and materials. The carpets used in the patient corridors and waiting rooms were targeted to render the patients distanced from the hospital atmosphere and in this way, a peaceful space was created. It was planned that the waiting rooms have direct sunlight and landscape as much as possible and that the materials and colors chosen, the details applied are distinguished from the space outfits of ordinary hospitals. All details including banks, supporting pictures, landscape components were meticulously chosen and controlled by the project management, and they were succesfully applied following the removal of all kinds of improper details.
