IS REIT-IFC is a prestigious office tower as part of a Financial District Master Plan project located at the very heart of Istanbul’s Finance Center, in Atasehir Istanbul. 18-story building includes restaurant and commercial functions and it rests on a common podium for all IFC towers. There are sport-fitness facilities, leisure areas and 7 levels of indoor car parking.

Main characteristic that has an immediate appeal to the eye of the tower is its compact form as a glass box. The middle part of the building mass is occupied with balconies, which divide the building into two main bodies. Horizontal sun shades that go through these two bodies with various frequencies and intervals enrich the glass façade, resulting is the exquisite appearance of IS REIT-IFC.

IS REIT-IFC has direct access to the common podium at the 8th level of the plaza, as do all other towers of the Istanbul Finance Center  Restaurants and retail are on this level. There are atrium spaces within the building and the light penetrates the innermost areas, evoking a spacious feeling. Office floors are above the podium level. The ground level is car parking; there are also meeting rooms under the ground level.

Patterns on IS REIT-IFC’s facade and terrace shade are another characteristic of the building. Geometrical patterns inspired by traditional Seljuk architecture are the main language of the Istanbul Finance Center.
