RAMS BEYOND is a 52-floored mixed-use complex of three blocks connected by one core, where 6 floors are parking, 3 floors are commercial units, 3 floors offices, 5 floors of serviced apartments and the rest is residential.

RAMS BEYOND Project has a significant importance for the Maslak district and Istanbul in general. Being situated on the last free plot just next to the main artery Buyukdere Avenue, this site has been abandoned for years, looking like rooten tooth in the center of a very busy, modern and lively neighbourhood. As urban planners we started work with analysing the area, population, existing facilities and necessities. Surrounded by skyscrappers and mainly office building, our project is aiming to add so much needed residential space to the area.Being in seismic zone, project has the title of the highest and most detailed composite structure of Istanbul.
